§1. Acceptance of Terms

§3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted via your account is your responsibility. §4. Deposits & Withdrawals

§5. Bonus & Promotional Conditions

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from: fraudulent activity using unauthorized payment methods, collusion with other players, use of automated bots or scripts, creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, money laundering or illegal financial activity, and systematic abuse of promotions. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

6.1 Fraudulent Activity

You may not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods. Chargebacks made in bad faith constitute fraud and will be prosecuted. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and accounts permanently closed.

6.2 Collusion and Cheating

Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, or using bots and scripts that manipulate game outcomes is forbidden. We employ advanced detection systems and reserve the right to void winnings obtained through such means.

6.3 Multiple Accounts

Each user is permitted one account only. Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited without notice.

6.4 Money Laundering

The Platform must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity. We report suspicious transactions to financial intelligence units under applicable AML regulations.

§7. Intellectual Property

§8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. The Platform operates under a gaming license issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curacao for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through our internal process.

9.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute procedure, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within 14 business days of receiving your written notice.

9.2 Formal Dispute

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Curacao Gaming Authority. Arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator decision shall be final and binding on all parties without right of further appeal.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.

9.4 Limitation Period

Any claim arising out of or related to use of the Platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or be forever barred. Continued use of the Platform after posting of updated Terms at play-fina.games/terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
